I found this optician through brillen.de to get my first pair of progressive lenses made. The consultation was excellent. They addressed all my questions thoroughly. They took their time with the eye test. The different types of progressive lenses were also explained very clearly and in detail. The selection of frames was also very large, in my opinion. I ordered the glasses and am now eagerly awaiting their arrival. I highly recommend this optician!

I came across Optik am Lindenplatz through a Google search for an optician in Heilsbronn. The photo shows the shop, not a café! I have no idea how that comment came about. The shop is definitely recommended. Competent and very friendly staff, quick service – they even make the glasses themselves in their own workshop! That probably explains the reasonable prices! Simply superb!

The consultation was good. They took a lot of time for the eye test and were very patient. I can't say how the glasses fit yet, as I haven't received them. I will post a review later.

While I was choosing my new glasses, the staff seemed a bit stressed, but when I picked them up, it was a completely different story. I was served by a cheerful, friendly, and competent gentleman, and everything was perfect. I've been a customer here for years and have always been satisfied.
